Just wanted to share some real estate updates with you. As of today, February 28th, 2023, the current mortgage interest rate for a fixed 30-year mortgage in New York is 6.375%.



If you're looking to buy or sell a home in Westchester county, there are 2,260 homes for sale, down by 22.8% from the previous period.

In case you're wondering about the recent sales, the lowest priced home sold in Westchester County during February was a fixer-upper 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Cortland Manor that was 1,400 sqft and sold for $110,000 on February 2nd. On the other hand, the highest sold home was a magnificent 5 bedroom, 8 bathroom house located in Bedford corners. This stunning house is set on 26 Acres and boasts 10,000 sqft of living space. It sold for a whopping $13,550,000 on February 13th.
