Westchester County 3rd Quarter Real Estate Sales Data for 2020 πŸ“ˆ

Westchester County 3rd Quarter

HGAR (Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors) has published in their online magazine "Real Estate in Depth" that this year in the 3rd quarter (Q3) 2020 (July 1 to Sept 30) there has been an increase of 15.9% in the median sales prices for single-family homes in Westchester. A single-family home in Q3 2019 sold for a medium sales price of $699,000 to Q3 2020 where single-family homes sold $810,000. During the same period, cooperative apartments (Co-ops) volume has decreased. This decrease may be due to the lack of supply. The volume of condominium unit sales is down in 2020, while the price has increased. Once again, this may point to the issues hindering sales of real estate in Westchester County in that there is low inventory. I have attached the full article for your review. I have also added live tiles for many communities in Westchester County that display the median sales price. If you would like a more granular market analysis on the price of your house, coop, condominium, and or multi-family house, please contact me.
